Step 1: Unfold your mat on a flat surface and sit down comfortably.
Step 2: Place your feet with your heels flat on the mat's design to ensure correct foot positioning.

Is the massage mat easy to clean?
Absolutely. After use, wipe it with a clean, damp towel. It is recommended not to immerse it in water.

The massage mat makes no noise during use, allowing it to be used anywhere, with complete discretion.
Can the massage mat be used immediately after receiving it?
For first use, ensure the mat is fully charged. Place your bare feet on the mat and adjust the intensity and modes to your preferences. For an optimal massage, set the timer to 15 minutes and let the device turn off automatically.
Can I use it multiple times a day?
Our massage mat should be used once a day for a maximum of 15 minutes. Regular use is recommended for optimal results.
Are there any contraindications?
Our mat works through electrostimulation, therefore it is not recommended for pregnant women and children, nor for people with a pacemaker.
